Сhuiko L. Land plot as a part of integral property complex of the business entity.

In the thesis a new complex solution to a scientific problem which refers to legal regime of land plots as a part of integral property complex has been proposed. Historical-legal analysis of the legal regulation of the acquisition and realization of property rights to land plot during different historical periods has been performed. The thesis suggests author's own definition of the integral property complex of the business entity. Peculiarities of legal regulation of the relations associated with property rights to land plot registration as a part of integral property complex of the business entity have been determined. Provisions, grounds and forms of property rights to land plot turnover in the material production and nonmaterial production based on land plot characteristics have been researched in the thesis. The thesis defines suggestions for improvement of the legislation in force of Ukraine in the field of legal regulation of property rights to land plot turnover in the area of economic activity.
