Essay

The thesis presents theoretical, scientific and methodological generalizations and solved scientific problems related to the development of enterprise personnel management system based on human resources in conditions of instability. Theoretical and methodological foundations of personnel management company were studied wich made it possible to consider this category as a set of principles, methods, means and forms of action on interests, behavior and activities of employees in order to maximize the use of their intellectual and physical abilities to the performance of job functions. Classification of leverage human resources management company was given. It included such groups as: organizational (administrative) instruments; economic instruments; social and psychological levers; information instruments, allowing substantiate ways to improve personnel management system.
