The thesis is devoted to the verification of existing and development of new methods for quality control of drugs - a calcium channel blocker. Developed and validated spectrophotometric methods of quantitative determination of nifedipine and amlodipine besylate tablets. Spectrophotometric techniques to verify quality control of verapamil hydrochloride tablets and HPLC methods of quantitative determination of nifedipine and amlodipine besylate tablets.
