Object - V.Bryusov's short prose of the 1900-1910 years; to find out the specifics, typology and degree of innovation of the poetics of V.Bryusov's prose. Methods: holistic, motivic, intermedial, mythopoetic, intertextual analysis. Novelty and results: first clarified full analyze of the poetics and characterized the invariant model of V.Bryusov's short prose; described evolution of his creative method from symbolism to postsymvolism and increase the role the elements of prepostmodern. Field of application - the basic states of the thesis can be used in teaching course of Russian literary history of the process of the end XIX - the beginning XX centuries; special courses and seminars on V.Bryusov's prose, in the preparation of textbooks.
