Mykhailiv N. Clinical management of reproductive age women with endometrial hyperplastic processes and disorders of genital tract microbiocenosis.

The paper highlights the steps required to reduce the frequency of endometrial hyperplastic processes (EHP) in women of reproductive age with genital tract microbiocenosis disorders based on a study of the clinical microbiological, endocrinologic, immunological and morphological features, as well as the improved diagnostic and treatment algorithm. Based on the comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination, the correlation has been established between clinical, microbiological, and histological disorders in women of reproductive age with a combination of EHP and genital tract microbiocenosis disorders. The paper expands the available data on the pathogenesis of endometrial hyperplastic processes accompanied by genital tract microbiocenosis disorders and provides a scientific substantiation for the algorithm of treatment and preventive measures. The efficiency of targeted hysteroresectoscopy and improved conservative therapy has been proven in the treatment of EHP women with genital tract microbiocenosis disorders. A new approach has been suggested to the clinical management of reproductive age women with HPPE and genital tract microbiocenosis disorders. The author has developed and justified a set of diagnostic, treatment and preventive measures for reproductive age women with EHPP and genital tract microbiocenosis disorders, which has enabled a 1.7-fold increase in the effectiveness of treatment using the proposed method.
