The thesis carried out theoretical generalization and offered a new practical solution to the urgent problem of occupational medicine for the diagnosis of early changes of bioelectrical activity of the brain under the influence of occupational stress associated with high nervous and emotional tension; developed new principles of prevention of fatigue through the use of binaural synchronization of cerebral hemispheres. Presents a comprehensive hygienic characteristics of working conditions, engineering and technical workers of the radio engineering providing of management air motion, which can be used as typical during the hygienic assessment of workplaces representatives of this and similar professions; A method for quantifying the level of the functional state of the central nervous system through the use of computer methods of EEG analysis together with an assessment of indicators of higher nervous activity; The data can be used to assess fatigue in mental labor officials, development of rational modes of work and rest - justification of rehabilitation measures for their use during breaks regulated (optimization of the functional state of the central nervous system with the help of functional music with the effect of beating).
