Essay

The object of study - involutive skin changes in patients with concomitant malassezia infection. The purpose of research - increase the effectiveness of therapy of involutive skin changes in patients with malassezia infection through the development of the phased complex preparatory and basic form of therapy based on patient age, clinical and morphological characteristics of the surface condition and structure of the skin. Methods: clinical, histologic, electron microscopic, morphometric, clinical and instrumental, mathemathical. A complex differential therapy for patients with involutive face skin changes complicated by malassezia has been developed in accordance with the divided groups. The therapy allowed to accelerate the process of rehabilitation of patients after surgery and to achieve a better aesthetic result. The developed technique of differentiated treatment contributed to sufficiently high efficacy in patients with involutive changes of the skin and related malassezia (itraconazole, thiotriazoline, ursofalk), as well as externally with bifonazole lotion.
