Romanovska L. The Child's Property Management in civil and family law of Ukraine

The complex of reviewed and practical issues of civil and family doctrine has been discovered and solved which are related to the peculiarities and regularities of the law mechanism of the child's property management as well as the recommendations on Ukraine legislation improvement. The "child" and the distinctive features of its use in legislative system as a legal category were elucidated. The thesis discovered peculiarities as well as child's civil personality according to the civil law and its ways of legal regulation definition. Preconditions and key trends of law regulation development of child's property management relations were defined from a historical perspective. There was examined the concept of the "child's property management" as well as its characteristics and principles, and its definition. The research described the concept of the "legal subject of child's property management", worked out classification and defined the status of the legal subject of child's property management. Legal problems of certain objects of child's property management were stated, such as: child's housing management, common property management; the features of legal actions with the above-mentioned property and common-law actions were defined, problem-solving proposals were proved.
