Essay

The paper studied the dependence and reduce the velocity of the duration of glare in nighttime speed limits for different traffic flow. Based on what in the developed model determining safe mode of movement in the night-time, which is comprehensive account of the impact of distance visibility at near-light headlights, speed, duration glare and functional condition of the driver, which allows to determine the safe speed a vehicle is integral part of the justification speed limit on sections of roads where possible blinding drivers.
