Tubelets O. Criminal policy of Ukraine realization by means of the law enforcement

The issues connected with the realization of criminal policy in the course of the prejudicial inquiry as well as courts proceeding of criminal cases during the period from 2006 to 2015 have been examined. The main factors of effective implementation of criminal policy of Ukraine were investigated and an interconnection of rules of law usage as well as criminal law institutions and criminal policy effectiveness were also outlined in this thesis. On the bases of the research results the propositions concerning improvement of certain provisions of criminal law science, Ukrainian law in force via making alterations to the articles which regulate the fundamental principles of the mechanism of criminal law regulation were composed and proofed.
