The concept of criminal and law policy in the area of responsibility for involvement in the crime is defined. The characteristics inherent to the researched institute are analyzed. The history of formation and development of criminal and law policy in the area of responsibility for involvement in the crime are studied. Scientifically based offers to ensure proper regulatory settlement of the institution of involvement in crime by making changes and additions to the Criminal Code of Ukraine are worked out.
