The dissertation is devoted to studying the influence of lipopolysaccharides bacteria of the genus Shigella (S. flexneri 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b; S. sonnei) on the apoptosis, functional activity and metabolic status of human neutrophiles and monocytes in vitro. The level of influence of lipopolysaccharides depends on their concentration, and does not depend on the species and antigenic facilities.
