The work is devoted to a massive obstetric hemorrhage surgical hemostasis long-term effects, the development of an optimal algorithm aimed to timely correction of psychological, reproductive and somatic disorders, and secondary prevention of these conditions in women who had undergone surgical hemostasis of massive obstetric hemorrhage. This problem is actual because it is directly related to the problems of reproductive health, fertility, maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. According to the results of the research, we have developed and introduced into clinical practice a package of measures of early postoperative rehabilitation (psychological help, sedatives, nutritional-metabolic, vitamin therapy, early detection of urodynamic disorders) and secondary prevention of gynecological, mammological and psychological disorders (annual medical examination, psychologist counseling, correction of menstrual cycle disorders with the possibility of relative hyperestrogenism, cyclical therapy by multivitamin with a balanced content of essential micronutrients and drugs indole-3-carbinol twice a year) in women who had undergone surgical hemostasis of massive obstetric hemorrhage. It was proved that the application of the algorithm of early postoperative rehabilitation and secondary prevention in the group of women who had undergone surgical hemostasis of massive obstetric hemorrhage by a radical methodic, reduced levels of gynecological diseases and breast pathological processes, improve the patients quality of life.
