Essay

The purpose of the study is to create the scientific methodological framework for formation of the dynamic space-functional structure of mass purposed public buildings' organization. The object of the research is mass purposed public buildings. Subject of the research is mass purposed public buildings' space-functional organization evolution. The methods of researches: besides the general scientific methods the mass purposed public buildings formation theoretical researches and practical experience analysis and generalization methods, graphic analytic method and experimental design method were used in the research. On the ground of the structured method and the modeling method we developed the authorial modeling method of the mass purposed public buildings as the dynamic space structures. Scientific innovation: we offered the mass purposed public buildings formation principles taking into consideration the functional processes time characteristics - principle of integrated subsystems and the time-functional zoning principle We also offered the local principles viz: "informational density", the incremental remoteness from the outside ambient etc. We developed the modeling method of the mass purposed public buildings as the dynamic structures which is contained in "flexible" and "rigid" districts of the public building definition on the ground of structure "rigidity" symptoms viz: direct technological concern, the furnishment stationarity, the premises assignment constancy etc. We improved the mass purposed public buildings classification by adding the potential "elasticity" (flexibility/ rigidity) characteristic of their space-functional structure. We developed the characteristic features criteria system of the time-functional zones of the mass purposed public buildings space structure viz: the kind of accessibility; the arrangements for premises using; the constructive and space-organizational decisions etc. We generalized the theoretical and practical experience of the mass purposed public buildings space-functional structure formation approaches. We received the further development of the recommendations for mass purposed public buildings dynamic space-functional structure formation on the principle of the time-functional zoning. Results of the study are embedded in design, as well as in the educational process training of architects.
