Essay

The thesis deals with the definition of the concept, the legal nature of, and the exercise of the right to correspondence. In the theoretical generalization proposed a new solution, which is manifested in the formation of science-based approaches position on civil protection of the right to correspondence. Substantiated that it will contribute to each person a sense of confidence that its rights, freedoms and interests are under constant protection against any disturbance, awareness of their value to society and the State, and points to the formation of Ukraine as a legal and democratic state.
