Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of technological schemes and designs equipment for the packing bulk food in a carton boxes, the existing research operations and its working operating devices, taking into account functional and modular construction of machines. It is established that due to the complexity of the process of technological topology, there is no comprehensive scientific substantiation of a choice of rational parameters of operating devices of packaging machines. To find a rational structure and ways to improve the efficiency of the packaging machine carried out in a production environment study technical efficiency criteria, i.e. criteria of reliability of functional modules and energy costs for technical operations. An algorithm for determining the rational structure of the packaging machine through the use of methods of synthesis of models of packaging machines, pre-formed database performance criteria (reliability, power, performance and accuracy of dosing). The rational geometric, kinematic and dynamic parameters of working operating device of dosing packing unit, sealing unit, and a module forming intra machine transport systems with pocket carriers and screw conveyors. The experimental studies have confirmed the adequacy of the definitions of these parameters. The research results are used to create a new packaging equipment in four leading enterprises of packaging engineering of Ukraine. Some research results are used in the educational process of the National University of Food Technologies.
