Object of research - process of economic valuation of reforestation on forest sites: Maley Polissya case study. Purpose of research - development theoretical and methodological approaches to economic valuation of reforestation and providing scientifically-based recommendations of improvement of economic efficiency. Research methods - synthesis; system approach; comparative and graphical analysis; method "Drivers-Pressure-State-Impact-Response"; Cost-Benefit Analysis; correlation and regression analysis; Contingent valuation method; A'WOT method. Scientific novelty of research results. First developed theoretical and methodological approach to integrated valuation of economic efficiency of reforestation, based on the paradigm of ecosystem services. Improved instruments of forecasting dynamics of growth and productivity of forest stands using regression models; methodological bases for valuation of the total economic value components; scientific principles of formation and complex evaluation of alternative reforestation strategies. Further developed nature and essence of "economic efficiency of reforestation"; theoretical foundation of approach to system analysis of the state, trends and characteristics of the reforestation process; approach to valuation of commercial efficiency of reforestation. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and practical principles of economic efficiency valuation of reforestation on forest sites: Maley Polissya case study. Level of application: research results are used at the Lviv Regional Forestry and Hunting Administration, Regional Municipal Forestry Specialized Enterprise "Halsillis", Radekhiv City Council, Department of Economics and Development Infrastructure of Radekhiv District Administration, State Enterprise "Radekhiv Forest Hunting". Methodological approaches are used for teaching such disciplines as "Economic analysis of investment projects" and "Modelling of ecological and economic systems" at the Ukraine National Forestry University.
