Essay

The dissertation was prepared to obtain a candidate's degree of technical science on a speciality 21.06.01 - Ecological Safety (technical sciences). - National Aviation University, Kyiv, 2016. Analysis of noise load on urban population under the influence of traffic noise has been performed. Traffic noise model has been developed, which allows take into consideration macroscopic characteristics of automobile transport movement in traffic flow. Mathematical model of impact assessment of additional reflections from building facades as well as mathematical models of thin noise barriers and finite size noise barriers efficiency assessment have been improved. Complex model of noise levels assessment in urban environment as an instrument of ecological safety maintenance has been justified. The complex model allows creation of vertical and horizontal noise maps. Noise mapping method has been improved. Ranking method for selection of optimal methods of noise reduction on the residential territory and inside buildings was suggested, which takes into account maintenance of ecological safety and economic requirements.
