Teleshman S. Mykhailo Tkach's poetry in genre and content aspects

Genre and content features of Mykhailo Tkach's poetry are analyzed in this thesis. It was found that the internal unity of writer's diverse heritage is determined by lyrical thinking as the essential feature of his artistic personality. The most expressive lyricism is shown in Tkach's songs, which have become cultural achievements of the nation, and in this study they revealed their literary value. The phenomenon of their folklorization is studied in the light of the problem of tradition and innovation. The synthesis of folk and literary effects and Tkach's own findings of original forms determine the artistic peculiarity of his poetry.
