Essay

The species composition of nematodes in complex floral and ornamental plants grown in greenhouse conditions greenhouses Kiev. Discovered 51 nematodes species belonging to 41 genera 19 families and 6 orders were found. For ekotrofic system all identified species of nematodes were divided into 4 groups: fitonematodes, mykonematodes, saprobionty and predatory nematodes. The relationship between the number and species composition of nematodes and conditions of cultivation and maintenance of plants - owners. In locally grown plants found 8 species fitonematodes - Meloidogyne incognita, Ditylenchus dipsaci, Ditylenchus destructor, Pratylenchus penetrans, Rhotylenchus robustus, Tylenchorhynchus claytoni, Helicotylenchus ihystera, Paratylenchus nanus, and the import plant only 3 species - Meloidogyne incognita, Ditylenchus dipsaci, Heterodera fici. Pathways studied and developed an early warning system of regulated species no quarantyne phytonematodes. Systematized symptomatic and asymptomatic signs of visual diagnostics nematodes diseasis. For the first time developed a scale losses decorative plants, depending on the extent of the disease. The scheme nematologic monitoring of flowers - decorative plants covered ground in a megalopolis and offered adequate, in these conditions, protective measures against the Nematode infection.
