The author of the dissertation investigates the present state of the problem solution concerning local self-governments and executive authorities cooperation in the sphere of administrative services delivery, summarizes theoretical ideas, expands and specifies the conceptual framework. The classification of existing principles and forms of local self-governments and executive authorities cooperation is done and the new forms are proposed. The international experience of local self-governments and executive authorities cooperation is analyzed in order to identify and to adapt its positive features to Ukrainian situation.
