Essay

The object of study - the process of implementation of the innovative potential of natural sweeteners stevia for example. The study is theoretical and methodological grounds mechanism for implementing innovative potential production of natural sweeteners in Ukraine. The study used the following research methods and methods: abstract logic; analysis and synthesis; monographic; comparative analysis; economic statistics; analytical group, index and correlation and regression analysis; graphic; mathematical prediction. First formed categorial definition of "innovative potential of natural sweeteners" which is considered by us as constructive and objective set of potential, creating conditions and disclose qualitative and quantitative parameters of innovative product and its compliance with consumer demand innovations.
