Essay

The object of study is evaluating the effectiveness of the management processes of tourism enterprises personnel. The subject of research are theoretical, methodological and practical framework for the assessment of efficiency of management of tourism enterprises personnel. The thesis is devoted to the improvement of the theoretical and scientific-practical provisions, the development of methodological bases and practical recommendations for the evaluation of the effectiveness of management of tourism enterprises personnel. In the process of solving the problems, the following methods of scientific research: theoretical generalization, system analysis, synthesis, classification, induction and deduction, graphic and regression analysis, three-dimensional modeling. It formulated the principle of appropriate balance of staff on individual components of the efficiency of personnel management costs, which consists in comparing the dynamics of the performance management of staff and actual staff costs for each component. Improved scientific and methodical approach to the evaluation of the economic component of the efficiency of personnel management, which allows you to more accurately determine the direction of improving the management of personnel. The necessity of expansion of evaluating the effectiveness of personnel management process, due to the additional component of the "analysis of the linkages and interaction constituting the effectiveness of personnel management" for the determination of the pair and group mutual influence of economic, social and institutional components. Systematized especially the effectiveness of management personnel at tourism enterprises based on external assumptions which will determine cause-and-effect relationships in the assessments of the effectiveness of management staff at tourism enterprises. Define the scope of the category of "performance" than the overall evaluation of the effectiveness of management personnel with the required value, which indicates the extent to which the desired level of efficiency of personnel management. The basic theoretical generalizations, conclusions and proposals contained in the thesis have scientific and practical value and used by the Department of Foreign Economic Activities, Culture and Tourism of Kherson Regional State Administration, LLC "Tour of the Plaza", TA "Aquavita", TA "Travel" Tickets Europe", Kherson national technical University.
