The object of the research is the process of formation and realization of organizational-economic mechanism of development of the food industry. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation and implementation of organizational and economic mechanism of development of the food industry. The dissertation is devoted to improvement of theoretical positions, methodological support and develop practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of organizational and economic mechanism of development of the food industry. During the task, the following research methods: theoretical generalization, system analysis, synthesis, classification, comparative economics, expert assessments, correlation and regression analysis, mathematical modeling techniques. Improved structural and logical model of organizational and economic mechanism of development of the food industry by external and internal factors. Grounded grouping principles of organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise organizational and economic direction. Systematized indicators to assess the level of development of the food industry based on consideration component of organizational and economic components of development. Improved organizational structure and economic mechanism of decomposition of enterprise components. Got the further development of scientific and methodical approach to determine the level of development of the food industry, which is based on the definition of the integral index. The main theoretical propositions, conclusions and proposals contained in the thesis have scientific and practical value and uses Рublic company "Chaplinka Creamery", Рublic company "Kalanchak butter", Kherson National Technical University.
