The object of the research is the process of formation and realization of organizational-economic mechanism of development of the food industry. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation and implementation of organizational and economic mechanism of development of the food industry. The dissertation is devoted to improvement of theoretical positions, methodological support and develop practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of organizational and economic mechanism of development of the food industry. During the task, the following research methods: theoretical generalization, system analysis, synthesis, classification, comparative economics, expert assessments, correlation and regression analysis, mathematical modeling techniques.
