Essay

Object of research - atopic dermatitis. The purpose of research - to define prophylactic actions of prevention of atopic dermatitis development taking into account family history, comparison of allergic reactions and molecular genetic markers. Research methods: general clinical, immunological, allergological, molecular genetic and statistic. The thesis is devoted to the study of family ties and special allergy blood pressure status of patients with clinical features of the disease. The features of clinical manifestations of atopic dermatitis (AD) data and laboratory testing in children and adults gene mutation carriers FLG. Studies have revealed that the FLG gene mutations among the surveyed patients with AD and their families are found in 23 % of cases. Among the FLG gene mutations most often (85 %) found the gene mutation 2282del4 FLG in the heterozygous state (N / 2282del4). For the first time identified eight types of combination and implementation of genetic and clinical signs of AD. A new diagnostic algorithm and developed modern model of primary and secondary prevention of AD. Results of the study are introduced into the practice of Dermatovenerological dispensary of Solomiansky district of Kyiv, Dermatovenerological dispensary number 5 of Podolskyi district of Kyiv, Kyiv municipal clinical dermatological and venereal hospital, consultative and diagnostic polyclinic of the National children's specialized hospital "OKHMATDYT" of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine.
