The dissertation provides the study of psychological peculiarities of adolescents' Time Perspective development in the light of the existential paradigm. The psychological contents of time perspective concept has been provided as well as the factors of its deformation and optimal development. The structure of Balanced Time Perspective has been grounded together with its structural-dynamic components (cognitive, meaning and value, existential-operational). The integral criterium for Balanced Time Perspective and the criteria for its balance at the level of each component have been described. It's been empirically proved the peculiarities of students' Time Perspective at the level of each component and at the integral level according to the balance criterium. It has been established the specificity of students' Time Perspective deformation and optimal development, its balance' interconnections with existential characteristics of an adolescent. The conceptual model and psychological-pedagogical program of students' Balanced Time Perspective development and existential mechanisms actualization has been grounded, approved. The effectiveness of psychological-pedagogical program implementation has been proved: students' time perspectives development has been optimized and balanced. As a result, balanced time perspective of a young adult can be characterized by the meaning and value intentionality and integrity (past, present, future); flexible personality time center and highly balanced present and future orientations. It is also featured by subjective and creative attitude to the time of life, its authentic experiencing and meaning scale boost as well as high levels of personal commitment, life hardiness and tolerance to ambiguity.
