Object - cholinergic regulation of the heart when damaged his adrenaline; purpose - to establish patterns of damaged choliner-gic regulation of adrenaline in the heart honadektomovanyh animals of different sex with altered activity of the oxide; methods - electrophysiological, biochemical, biological, morphometric, mathemetic; results - experimental studies revealed, that gonadectomy rats in case of simulation necrotic process in the myocardium and modulation of nitric oxide systems (L-arginine, 600 mg / kg) in male rats leads to insignificant changes in the activity of cholinergic links of ANS in regulation of the rate and decreasing the role of adrenergic activity, and in female rats - significant increase in adrenergic and reduction of cholinergic activity; hormonal replacement therapy increases the cardioprotective effects of L-arginine, but not recovers effects of L-arginine to links of ANS activity, wich is regarding in animals with preserved gonad; in case of using non-selective inhibitor of nitric oxide system (L-NAME, 25 mg/kg), development of necrotic process in the heart of gonadectomy male rats characterized by increased sympathetic activity level, and in females – reduction of parasympathetic activity; hormonal replacement therapy restores the activity of adrenergic links of ANS in animals of both sexes and cholinergic only in males, while maintaining deficit of the activity of that in females.
