Essay

The research work deals with increasing the efficiency of laparoscopic treatment of tubo-peritoneal infertility by prediction and use of preventive and therapeutic steps aimed at reducing and preventing any possible complications during surgery. The author investigatesthe stages of safe entry and laparoscopic surgery procedure for women with tubo-peritoneal infertility and defines specific prognostic indications for safe laparoscopic procedures in patients with tubo-peritoneal infertility. The work provides a scientific justification for the preventive and therapeutic steps aimed at preventing any possible complications during laparoscopic treatment of infertility of tubo-peritoneal origin. The author proposes and justifies the application of a stage algorithm for entering the abdominal cavity using anatomic markers and trocars with threading for conservative laparoscopic surgery. A scientific justification is provided for the preventive and therapeutic steps to prevent any possible complications of reconstructive and plastic surgeries, as well as for the prescription of the suggested therapeutic complex depending on the degree of tubular occlusion and the adhesion process in the abdominal cavity.
