Onyshchuk O. Preparation of infertile women to in vitro fertilization following unsuccessful prior attempts

The paper deals with increasing the efficiency of Assisted Reproductive Technologies in infertile women by optimizing the diagnostic andtreatment methods for this disorder and improving the algorithm of the proposed therapeutic and preventive measures to prevent recurrent unsuccessful attempts of in vitro fertilization. The information obtained allowed scientific justification of the need for improving the diagnostic and treatment algorithm for patients with recurrent IVF cycle failures. The suggested diagnostic and treatment measures taken at the stage of controlled ovarian stimulation with consideration for immunologicalmarkers of recurrent unsuccessful IVF attempts allow a 1.8-fold increase in the clinical pregnancy ratio, a 1.7-fold increase in the implantationratio and a 1.6-fold reduction in the reproductive loss during gestation.
