Essay

The work defines the notion of cybercrime and provides classification of cybercrimes. It characterizes present state of cybercrime in Ukraine: defines its rate, dynamics, magnitude and factors of latency, structure, geography.The dissertation examines the state of legal regulation of activities of organs of internal affairs and National police in the sphere of cybercrime prevention and proposes way of its enhancement. It works out recommendations for enhancement efficiency of crime prevention practice of the organs mentioned and their cooperation with other subjects in cybercrime prevention.
