The dissertation is complex research of theoretical and applied problems of the origin, formation and development of legal science and education at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and its actual successor - the Kyiv Theological Academy in 1615-1920. And analysis provided by academies legal knowledge to practical legal activities of their graduates. The work includes characterized methodological basis of dissertational research, given the definition of certain methods and principles of scientific knowledge that have been used for the theme.
