The paper presents a complete description of the problem of the study of responsibility in psychological science. The peculiarities of development and conditions of formation of responsibility in adolescence, especially of intractable students were disclosed. The description of types of prosocial responsibility is given in the article. It was established that the quality of responsibility in adolescence is characterized by incompleteness, disharmony of development and also by orientation on prosocial and asocial values and norms (analogical types of asocial responsibility are described). Psychological and pedagogical conditions of effective formation of integrated prosocial responsibility of intractable teenagers were researched, namely the method of pedagogical requirement and the inclusion of a student to joint activities with the teacher and classmates. After the forming impact significant positive changes in the group of intractable teenagers were recorded: the increase in total amount of responsibility types of prococial direction; the improvement of the attitude indicators to responsibility and its understanding. The hypothesis given at the beginning of the study has been proved. Recommendations for prevention and overcoming of irresponsibility as a factor of intractability among students have been given.
