Mindarova M. Bonds as objects of legal civil circulation

The thesis is devoted to the research of legal nature of bonds as objects of legal civil circulation and as a kind of securities according to Ukrainian legislation. The author also researched the features of acquiring and deprivation of bond's tradability. Legal nature of bonds as book-entry securities as well as their place in system of domestic securities is analyzed. The features of bonds were researched and definition of such a kind of securities was proposed by the author. It's being justified that as a rule every bond passes three stages of legal civil circulation: entering the circulation; staying in circulation that provides the possibility of transfer rights on bond and its changing; termination of bond's tradability. The grounds and effects of bonds civil circulation defects as well as means of bonds securement are researched. It's provided that bounds could be secure with plurality of means and plurality of subjects within one mean. The methods of protection rights of parts in legal relationships concerning bonds as well as features of its application are researched.
