Hnativ N. Main fundamental principles for sustainable rural development providing in the context of European integration.

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and applied principles of sustainable rural development. It is profound theoretical approaches to the solution of the problematic directions according to transition to the principles of sustainable development of rural areas in Ukraine. It is determined the essence and justification of the definition of the concept «rural area» as a category of scientific researches on economy of nature management and environmental protection. The European experience of sustainable rural development is analyzed. The functional model of sustainable development of rural areas with the experience of the EU is developed. It is carried out the division into districts is Ukraine on the basis of methodological approach of territory classification of the EU in terms of ruralization. The methodology for the estimation of the level of rural areas development of Ukraine in terms of the level of the sustainability of rural development through an integrated approach is developed. Organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring sustainable rural development is improved. It is developed and theoretically substantiated perspective directions for diversification of economic activities in rural areas in Ukraine.
