Essay

Object is the process of ensuring the quality, reliability, failure resistance of web-based information systems. Purpose is methods, models and information technology development for dynamic planning and monitoring of the web-oriented information systems. Methods are statistical methods, fuzzy logic, inference, set theory, ontologies construction, object-oriented programming, service-oriented approach, system analysis, regression analysis, statistical criteria calculation. For the first time a model of dynamic planning process of development of software web-based information systems, which, through the use of the modified model of web-based information systems that allows iteratively integrate methods of dynamic verification of software web-based information systems in the early stages of development in order to achieve the main quality characteristics in accordance with standard ISO 9126. An improved method for estimating the reliability of the data in the database integration of web-based information systems, which, unlike the existing ones, using a priori risk analysis for tuples of the database and information systems software package that allows you to automatically generate test coverage and test plan, thereby reducing the time required for monitoring database. An improved method for regression testing, which, in contrast to existing methods, using modified criteria for the assessment of the development process of software web-based information systems to automate monitoring of the development process, which improves the accuracy of assessing the progress of the developed software complex web-based information systems. An improved method for dynamic planning of the development process of software web-based information systems in view of the uncertainty which, in contrast to the existing, due to a combination of fuzzy prediction of risks and loss functions allows reserves to justify development time software system web-based information systems. Improved model for evaluating the level of uncertainty of information systems, which, unlike the existing ones, by calculating the quantitative assessment of the level of risk with the use of the rule base of fuzzy inference, developed on the basis of a priori expert assessments that take into account the combined effect of various types of uncertainties inherent in the development of software information systems.
