Zaichenko L. Sports club in the system of economic-legal relations.

Thesis is an independent and complete scientific research, includes new theoretically sound results that collectively solve scientific problems, which is to develop a scientific theoretical approaches and specific legal measures to ensure the economic activities of sports clubs. The thesis that activity in the sphere of physical culture and in the sphere of sport can be carried out and on economic, and on the public beginnings, that needs distributing of their legislative adjusting on the on principle different legal modes was proved. The author found that the sporting activity in comparison with the athletic activity involves directly aimed at preparing for the implementation of and, in fact, the implementation of sporting achievements, respectively, qualified and committed in the course of the competition, but because of its social value and nature requires much more complex and contradictory set of social interests, and therefore requires a more detailed and comprehensive legal provision, in particular, requires a separate legal and legislative institutionalization as sports law. The study clarified the direction of commercialization of sports relations, must be significantly improved.
