Syrvatka V. Biotechnological aspects of use of functionalized silver nanoparticles in reproductive technologies and analytical biochemistry

The dissertation is devoted to study of biotechnological aspects of use of functionalized silver nanoparticles in reproductive technologies and analytical biochemistry. Functionalized silver nanoparticles with hyaluronic acid, bovine serum albumin and polyvinylpyrrolidone spherical in shape with size 10-12 nm were obtained. The series of fundamental results regarding the use of functionalized silver nanoparticles in reproductive technologies, particularly for rabbit's oocytes maturation, sperm storage, embryos development in vitro and rabbits fertilization and early embryonic development in vivo were obtained. We staged unconventional problems, in particular, studied the use of silver nanoparticles with hyaluronic acid for determination of the concentration of proteins.
