Object - irregular menstrual cycle in women with polycystic ovaries; goal – reduce the development of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in women of reproductive age different morphological types by examining the characteristics of the relationship dopplerometric, sonographic parameters of the uterus and ovaries, the level of sex hormones with anthropo-somatotypological performance and build on the basis of the analysis of these relations discriminant models to predict the presence of multifolikulyarnoy and polycystic the structure of the ovaries; methods – clinical, ultrasound, laboratory, anthropometry, somatic typologies, statistics; results – for the first time in a complex set especially sex hormone levels and ultrasound parameters of the uterus and appendages combined with color Doppler flow of the female reproductive system in different phases of the menstrual cycle in PCOS in women aged 20-35 years, depending on the anthropometric characteristics of the organism; It proved that there is a clear relationship between the change in blood flow in the ovarian artery with constitutional peculiarities of the organism women with PCOS; first theoretically substantiated and clinically proven usefulness of the measurement of parameters of the constitutional bodies of women with anovulatory cycle disorders; built and put discriminant model; branch – medicine.
