Dissertation is devoted to the study of psychological peculiarities of formation self-organization in future employees' of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine. The author develops the psychological model of self-organization and approbates scientifically and methodologicaly sounded instrumentarium for researching self-organization. The results of empirical study the psychological peculiarities of structural components of future Penitentiary officers self-organization depending on the course of studies, the relationship between the components of the self-organization are described in the dissertation. Individual and psychological characteristics that influence the development of structural components of future penitentiary officers self-organization are discovered. The development program of future penitentiary officers' self-organization components such as cognitive, motivational, regulatory, reflective and evaluative and efficient has been worked out and tested. Quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis of the results obtained during the formative experiment makes it possible to confirm that the developed program is an effective means of self-organization. The hypothesis, which was launched at the beginning of the pilot study found its complete confirmation.
