The problem is analyzed in common and special psycho-pedagogical literature, determined the evaluation criteria and levels of social-home skills in children with mild, moderate and hard mental backwardness. The program of social-home orientation and correction directed methodology are developed for forming social-home skills in children with moderate and hard mental backwardness.
