Overviewed the theoretical approaches to explaining the concept of "interest groups", "collective activity ethnic groups." Grounded the basic factors influencing the formation of interest groups and stakeholders in the ethno-political dimension in modern Ukraine. Viewed the basic stages of formation of interest groups in Ukraine. Followed the formation of the Ukrainian political elite in the context of the research problem. Defined ethno-national challenges of stability in these regions. Proposed the mechanisms of overcoming ethnic divisions in these areas.
