Essay

Object: the process of economic support recreational activities within the territories of nature reserve fund. The target is to search and justification of methods and mechanisms of economic provision of recreational activities in the territories of nature reserve fund. The following methods are applied: theoretical generalization, system analysis, structural-functional approach , economic and statistical analysis , grouping, analysis and synthesis, economic and mathematical modeling. The following results were achieved: set of theoretical, methodological and applied the provisions of conclusions and recommendations for the establishment and implementation of an effective system of economic support recreational activities in the area of nature reserve management. The novelty is in the fact that the: improved: evaluation of natural resources by determining the recreational capacity; systematic approach to the analysis of economic performance of natural reserve fund; mode of financing of protected fund that provides budgetary financing substitution of natural reserve fund, taking into account the direct and indirect use of recreational resources; system of organizational and legal support recreational activities within the nature reserve fund; fiscal stimulus mechanism recreational activities; were further developed: concepts and terminology concerning economic security of recreational activities in the territories of nature reserve fund, including the proposed definitions of" makroekoloho economic system", "Scientific and Technical Council"; Scientific approaches to the economic evaluation of natural recreational resources.
