Object: The process of environment improvement activity of woodworking enterprises by lease applying. The target is to search and formation of scientific and methodological foundations and practical measures to develop greening of woodworking enterprises using leasing. The following methods are applied: statistical and comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, correlation and regression analysis, economic- mathematical modeling. The following results were achieved: formulated the theoretical and methodological provisions which aim at solving the problems greening of woodworking companies using lease. The novelty is in the fact that the: first developed compositional system implementation strategies leasing activities woodworking enterprises. Improved: approach to modeling the impact of environmental factors on the financial and economic performance of the woodworking enterprise; evaluation of the effectiveness of leasing. Were further developed: essential characteristics and asset classification features, namely "environmental licensing"; analyzing trends in the situation of the leasing business in Ukraine; forecasting tools of production volumes with the level of environmental and leasing risks.
