Zalisko O. Justice in Ukraine as an object of criminal legal protection

The thesis is devoted to systematic and detailed analysis of justice in Ukraine as an object of criminal legal protection. In work defined the theoretical and methodological bases of research of justice in Ukraine as an object of criminal legal protection, researched historical development of criminal legal protection of justice in Ukraine, described regulatory factor of conditionality of criminal legal protection of justice in Ukraine, singled out the object, subject and victim of crimes against justice, analyzed the connection of crime object against justice with other elements of the offense, examined the foreign experience of criminal legal protection of justice.
