The dissertation is devoted to defining problems of the criminal-legal qualification of illegal enrichment and identifying scientifically based recommendations for the proper criminal and legal assessment of the crime. The paper examined concept and grounds of criminal-legal qualification of illegal enrichment, described its significance. It is shown methods of scientific research of criminal legal qualification of illegal enrichment. Defined social factors that determine the social conditioning criminalization of illicit enrichment as one of the main corruption offenses.
