Haletska N. Implementation Forms of International Treaties in European Countries: Comparative Legal Analysis.

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of usage patterns of national implementation forms of international treaties by European countries. The paper analyses features and formulates the concept of national implementation form of international treaties, calrifies its types. The paper characterizes indicators of national implementation form and describes national implementing law-making forms, national implementation law-interpreting forms and national implementing law-enforcement forms. The thesis deals with factors conditioning the choice of the national implementation form of international treaties. Additionally, the work describes implementation forms of international treaties by Ukraine and suggests ways of their improvement.
