Chomjuk N. Modern system of sources of law of Ukraine: general theoretical aspects.

This research is dedicated to revealing regularities of functioning and development of modern system of Ukraine’s sources of law. The concept positions of system of sources of law are systematized, the concept « system of law sources» and other proximate concepts are delineated. The basic features of the structure of Ukraine’s sources of law are outlined; on their basis the concept ‘structure of the system of the sources of law’ is formulated. Issues of Ukraine’s current system of the functioning sources of law are elucidated. The features of legal reformation as well as legal transformation have been established. Its concerns mainly the transformation of Ukraine’s current system of sources of law. The author formulates their notions and detects their main forms. The author substantiates that modern system of Ukraine’s sources of law should be characterized as the transition from the reformation to partial transformation. The author improved positions concerning mechanism of interrelation of legal prescriptions. The main tendencies of Ukraine’s current system of sources of law development have been detected.
