Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving the actual problem - improving diagnosis and selection of the most effective surgical treatment of patients for the complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis. Experimental research was conducted on 60 male rats. Chronic pancreatitis was caused by 21 days administration of L-arginin, and after giving COX-2 inhibitors to prevent recurrence of chronic pancreatitis in the postoperative period. Clinical studies of 176 patients showed the effective ness of the proposed method. Objective method of diagnosis of postoperative effectiveness of the proposed methods is to determine the fecal elastase-1 activity. Application of the developed intraoperative diagnostic of ductal system damage and support the proposed drug reduced the postoperative complications rate in the early postoperative period, pain syndrom, and improve quality of life by MOS SF-36.
