The dissertation is devoted to development of methodological guidance and practical recommendations concerning the management of staff professional development at an industrial enterprise. The object of the research is the process of the management of quality management in regard to staff at an industrial enterprise. During the time of research the methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, economic statistical methods and methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis are used. There has been refined the concept of "managing the quality of staff professional development". The system of scientific principles of quality management in regard to staff professional development has been substantiated. On the basis of revealing the influence of staff professional training on ultimate results of enterprise activity. The effectiveness of personnel professional development at an industrial enterprise has been examined at both national and regional levels; and the analysis of intensity, adequacy and effectiveness of staff professional development has been performed with regard to industrial enterprises. There has been developed a scientific-methodological approach to the integrated quality assessment of personnel professional growth There has been improved the procedure of modelling the effectiveness of professional development. There has been substantiated the system of quality standards concerning the personnel professional growth. There has been performed the forecast of quality change in staff professional development at reaching standard levels. Developed conclusions and recommendations received the practical usage at the domestic enterprises and organizations.
