The aim of the study was to develop new pathogenetic grounded methods of diagnosis and treatment of pathological processes of the cervix in women with hormonal disorders to improve their treatment and reduce the frequency of relapses. It was found that women with cervical diseases have a high percentage of hyperandrogenism and luteal phase deficiency, rarely hiperestrohenia. It was proved that there is no relationship between the development and progression of pathological processes of the cervix and level of antymuller hormone. It was found that among the etiological factors of cervical diseases the leading place belongs to thefamily of herpes viruses, also to human papilloma virus and to sexually transmitted infections. Low apoptosis index and high index necrosis among patients with pathological processes of cervix and endocrine disorders was established. Due to the developed complex of treatment we have achieved the elimination of the causative agent of the disease in 90,00 %, normalizing of local immunity in 75,00 %, increasing of apoptosis index at 41,47 % and reducing the index of necrosis at 51,07 %. In 50,00 % of women the ovulatory menstrual cycle was restored and epithelialization process of cervix was promoted in 90,00 %. The developed complex of treatment prevents the relapce of disease in 97,50 %.
